These aren’t two versions of the same thing. They don’t replace each other. They answer two different questions.
The Clarity Report helps you understand your numbers, spot trends, and plan for the future. The Strategic Growth Blueprint is a growth plan that assesses everything marketing related in your business so you know what step to take next.
Which one you need first depends on the question you’re trying to answer. Here’s where each one came from and what it actually does.
Where the Clarity Report came from
The Clarity Report was born from conversations with other business owners. But the knowledge and experience behind it came from my retail management days.
Let me break it down. The importance of understanding your numbers and knowing your business was engrained in me from the very beginning. When I worked in retail management, I had to lead a store walk. That meant knowing my numbers: sales this year, month to date, year to date, rolling. I had to be able to break it down by business too. Missy, juniors, men’s, activewear, bedding, bath, all of it. I had to understand my customer’s behavior and spot trends based on which departments she shopped and which brands she bought.
That’s exactly what the Clarity Report does. It helps you understand your numbers the same way: monthly sales, services versus packages versus memberships, how long it normally takes to convert someone, where your leads are coming from, your marketing ROI, which service drives the highest percentage of your revenue, and your most loyal segment of customers.
Where the Strategic Growth Blueprint came from
The Strategic Growth Blueprint was born from my experience working with a small business. It taught me how important it is to maintain a consistent brand, voice, and strategy when you outsource your marketing, and that not everything has to get done at once.
The Blueprint starts with a big brainstorm. I’ve put together a list of strategic questions built to get what’s in your head down on paper. From there, I do a deep dive into your business. Mission, vision, values. If you don’t have them, I’ll create them using your answers. Then the competitive landscape: a full analysis of your competitors. I look at your socials, your website, your email funnels and marketing. Traffic, audience, what’s working and what’s not. A full SWOT analysis.
I break all of it down in layman’s terms, then build a strategy based on the data and where you told me you want to go. Step by step, so you can execute it yourself or we can work together on it.
